What this thing does, what it will never do, and what happens when it gets something wrong.

The short version. TUNAI does legwork for you: it reads what needs you, looks things up, and chases what you would otherwise forget. It stops at anything that spends your money or speaks as you. It is powered by AI and it will sometimes be confidently wrong, so check anything that matters before you act on it. It is early software run by one person, not a company with a support desk. If that is not what you want, do not use it.

Using TUNAI means accepting these terms and the privacy policy, which is where the detail about your data lives.
What TUNAI will never do
This is not a setting or a preference. It is how the thing is built, and it is the most important promise here:
- It never pays. No card details, no orders, no transfers.
- It never logs in as you, and never uses a one-time code, even one it can see in your notifications, and even if you tell it to.
- It never submits an official form in your name, signs anything, or confirms a booking as you.
- It cannot touch your notifications. It reads and forwards. It cannot reply, dismiss, or open anything.
When an errand reaches one of those, it stops, does everything up to that line, and hands it to you. If TUNAI ever appears to have done one of these things itself, that is a serious bug and we want to know immediately.
It will be confidently wrong sometimes, and this is not a formality. Real examples from this product's own testing: it recommended a product and gave a link to it that did not exist; it quoted a price no page had ever shown; asked for a 2 metre cable it offered a 1.8 metre one and called it a strict match; and it once explained the American passport process to a British owner.
Guards were built for every one of those, and they catch a lot. They will not catch everything, because the underlying model does not know when it is guessing. Check anything that matters before you act on it, especially a price, a deadline, a legal or official process, and anything you are about to pay for. Treat your twin as a fast, tireless assistant who is occasionally sure about something it invented.
It is not professional advice
TUNAI is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing it says is regulated advice. It can help you find the form, the number or the deadline. It cannot tell you what to do about your health, your tax or your legal position, and you should not treat it as though it can.
Your account
You need to be 16 or over. You sign in with Google; keep that account secure, because whoever holds it holds your twin. One account is one person: do not share it.
You can export everything or delete your twin at any time, yourself, from Settings. Deleting is immediate and real.
Fair use
Every errand costs real money in AI and browsing time, and it is paid for on your behalf. So there are limits: a daily allowance of web errands and of AI usage per twin. Reach one and your twin will say so plainly and pick up the next day.
Do not automate against it, resell it, use it to scrape or spam, or point it at anything illegal. Do not use it to gather information about someone else without their knowledge.
Other people
Your notifications are full of other people's words. They did not agree to this, they cannot see what your twin holds about them, and you are choosing it on their behalf. That is your responsibility, not a footnote. Be deliberate about what you let it see, and mute anything that carries other people's private business.
What you can expect from it
Honesty about what it is: early software, run by one person, on one server. No uptime guarantee, no support desk, no promise that a feature will still exist next month. It may go down. It may lose the thread of an errand. If it becomes something you rely on, keep your own copy of anything that matters, and use the export.
If it changes in a way that materially affects you, you will be told in the app before the change takes effect.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like: Settings, Delete my twin, gone. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, being used to harm someone, or costing so much that it takes the service away from other people; you will be told why unless telling you would be unlawful.
Liability
TUNAI is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what you decide to do on the strength of something your twin said. If your twin finds you a cable, quotes a price, or reads a deadline off a page, and it is wrong, the purchase is still yours: that is exactly why it never pays and why the paragraph above asks you to check.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your state, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
