Delete your TUNAI account
Your account, and everything TUNAI holds, erased for good.
Deleting your account removes, permanently and irreversibly:
- Your TUNAI: its memory, lessons, decisions, and everything it wrote for you
- Everything it sensed: notifications, calendar entries, messages it read
- Your missions, watches, routines, briefings, and library
- Your account itself, including your sign-in
A minimal record that a deletion happened is kept, because a deletion that can itself be deleted is not accountable. Details are in the privacy policy.
Your subscription is billed by Google Play and is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, before or after deleting. Otherwise Google will keep charging you for an account that no longer exists.
From the app
If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account there immediately, because you can prove it is you on the spot. You can export your data first from Settings.
From here, without the app
Enter the email address you sign in with. If a TUNAI account uses it, we email that address a link to confirm the deletion. The link works for 24 hours. When you confirm, the account is deleted immediately and a receipt is emailed to you. Confirmation protects you: without it, anyone who knew your email could delete your account.
