Terms and privacy for agent keys
What this is
An agent key lets software you run, such as an AI assistant, use TUNAI's job tools on your behalf. The key belongs to your TUNAI account and acts as you. The tools are read only: nothing is applied for, sent or changed.
What we keep
When you make a key we store your account email, the key's name, a fingerprint of the key (never the key itself), when it was made and last used, and a count of how many calls each key made to each tool each day. If you connect an app with a sign-in instead of a key, we also store the name the app gave itself. We keep these until you delete the key or your account.
A search's results (public job data, not anything you sent) may be held for two minutes so the same search is not run twice.
What we do not keep
The text of a CV, an advert or a question that your assistant sends us is read in memory to answer that one call. We do not store it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not use it for marketing. The only thing written about a call is a count.
Who else sees it
One tool, the one that finds jobs from a CV, uses an AI model to read the CV. For that call the CV text is sent to the model provider TUNAI uses, under TUNAI's terms with that provider, and to no one else.
The assistant you connect, for example Claude or Codex, is run by another company. What it does with the answers we send back is governed by that company's terms and your settings, not ours.
Your rights
You can revoke or rotate a key at any time on your keys page. Deleting your TUNAI account deletes its keys, connected apps and their call counts. To see or remove anything else, write to [email protected].
Keep your key safe
Do not share it or put it in code you publish. You are responsible for what is done with it. If it leaks, revoke it. We may revoke a key we find exposed.
Fair use
Each plan has daily and per-minute limits, shown on the agents page. We may change limits with notice on that page. Do not try to get round them with several accounts or keys. You may not copy the job data in bulk, build a competing job database, sell on what the tools return, train an AI model on it, or use it to send unwanted messages to employers or candidates.
Showing where it came from
When you show our results to other people, keep the link back to the TUNAI page they came from.
Accuracy
Jobs change quickly. Adverts, pay and employer details come from employers' own pages and from our own estimates, and we say which. Results can be incomplete or out of date. Check the employer's own page before you apply. The tools describe adverts; they do not give legal, immigration, career or financial advice.
Free, and can change
The free key is free today. We can change or end the service with notice on the agents page. Where your account is on a TUNAI plan, the limits listed for that plan apply to your keys.
Stopping a key
We may limit, pause or revoke a key that breaks these terms, harms the service or looks stolen. We will tell you why, by email, unless the law or safety stops us.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses that arise from decisions you or your assistant make using the results, except where the law does not allow us to limit that. If we change these terms in a way that matters we will email key holders and post the date here. Questions: [email protected].
